Warranty Policy

Please email us at contact@impellodesk.com for questions or inquiries on our warranty. Any table top purchased is not subject to warranty unless the damage occurred during transit, in which photos must be sent to contact@impellodesk.com within 24-hours so it can be processed.

Our standing desk's electrical parts, including legs, motor(s), control box and digital display, are under warranty for 2 years. Our standing desk's frame and non-moving parts, are under warranty for 5 years. The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues.

Once reviewed by our team and deemed appropriate, Impello Desk will send a replacement piece.
