Return Policy
Impello Desk has a 14-day return policy, which begins once the item is received. There is a 25% restocking fee for shipped items to cover shipping charges to and from. There is no restocking fee or items that are picked up and dropped off, given all original packaging is sent back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it is received. All returns will be inspected by our team to confirm there is no damage and is still in working condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@impellodesk.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Contact us at contact@impellodesk.com for any questions or concerns. You will be notified once the item is received, inspected and whether it qualifies for return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
